As she sailed on, her hands trembled on the first touch and her heart erupted into frantic beats. Surprisingly, it wasn’t anything of negativity; rather something that was caused by thrill and anticipation of what could actually be.
Just like any other random netizen of the 21st century, Kiarra Ritz, as young as she may be, believes that the depth of the world can be seen right through the simplest things in life which seem irrelevant at times. Holding on to the belief of writing and sharing for expression and not impression, she looks right in the mirror and decides to see the potentials, eradicate the insecurities and just be as real as she really is.
Born with the interest in life, love, photography, music, literature and everything that’s in between, Kiarra is a 14-year old girl; she’s a mix of reality and fantasy. She hails from the northern region of Luzon and is a proud Filipina no matter how idiotic the issues in her country may be, at times. She believes, although quite unbelievable, that there is forever and does not approve upon the notion that its definition is being changed.
A contradiction of words, she is, for sometimes she’s an introvert; at times an extrovert. She is not socially dysfunctional nor is she too dependent on social relations. Rather, she maintains the equilibrium of her social and private selves. She’s been through the feeling of hell and she does not want a repetition of it. With that thing in mind, she clutches her laptop bag and goes into a corner wherein no one would judge and no one would misunderstand.
Though she always displays a smile in the pictures that she shares, she’s well aware of the whatnots in life and the stress that they may bring her. Equipped with positivity and a realistic mindset, she jots down all those fears away. She then plasters a cheeky grin on her face. It was either to live or to regret not living, after all.
Of all the options that are in availability, she opted to establish something that she has always wanted to do and dreamed of doing. With many attempts and many trials, she finally settles here, and her mind and heart stayed calm. That moment, she knew it, it was time. It was time to scribble and share those writings on her wall.
